The Challenge

Fashion e-commerce sites struggle with cluttered, cumbersome navigation. We needed to create a modern, premium experience matching the sophistication expected by luxury brand customers while solving complex IA challenges.

The Solution

Conducted competitor analysis of ASOS, Net-a-Porter, and other fashion sites. Used card sorting and tree testing to create intuitive navigation architecture. Designed with generous white space, monochrome typography, and magazine-style layouts. Created the "cloud" saving feature based on user research.
